"Recent order was wrong and frustrating"
I just had an order arrive from sw.com.au, it left a bad impression. The box had the wrong items in it, and when I checked the invoice, it didn’t line up with what was actually packed.
I emailed them about it, but getting a proper response took way longer than I expected. It felt like no one had really looked into what went wrong, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.
Maybe they’ve been better in the past, but based on this recent experience, the fulfilment felt messy and the support wasn’t great. Right now, I don’t think I’d be keen to order from them again.

"Prices seem less impressive than they used to be"
I used to feel like sw.com.au had better deals, but this time the value was just okay. Some items were priced fairly, but I didn’t really come away feeling like I’d found a great bargain. It’s still fine to use and not a bad option, but I’d definitely compare prices elsewhere before ordering again.

I returned my order and, well... the refund did come through eventually, but it was slower than I expected.

I reached out to support expecting a quick reply, but in my experience, it took forever to hear back. Maybe others have had better luck, but for me, the wait was frustrating and didn’t leave a great impression
"Decent prices, if you like surprises"
At first, the prices seemed reasonable, which was nice. I’ll give them that—they do a decent job making everything look affordable upfront. But then a few fees showed up later that weren’t exactly clear from the start. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish they were a bit more upfront about the full cost before you get too far in.

"Took longer than it should’ve"
The delivery was just kind of frustrating. I kept checking the tracking and it barely changed, so I had no idea what was going on half the time. It did show up in the end, but a day late, and I had to follow up myself to get any sort of update. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but yeah, not reliable enough that I’d feel confident using it again

I had a hard time getting any clear updates on my order. Replies were slow, and I kept checking my email for even a small status change, but there just wasn’t much communication.

"Checkout was way more annoying than it needed to be"
Using the site on my phone was kinda frustrating tbh. It felt clunky, pages took forever to load, and some of the menus were weirdly hard to find, so I kept bouncing back and forth trying to figure things out.
The checkout part was def the most annoying. I couldn’t really tell what step I was on, and then I had to re-enter my info, which was super irritating. I did get my order through in the end, but yeah, not a great experience lol.

"After the sale it just felt like nobody..."
After the sale it just felt like nobody really cared anymore. I had an issue, reached out for help, and it never actually got fixed. The whole thing left a bad impression.
"Decent overall, just a little hit or miss"
I’ve ordered a few things from SW now, and the quality has been a bit mixed for me. A couple of the items felt sturdy and did what they were supposed to, but one part looked cheaper than I was expecting, kind of like compared to... well, it just didn’t feel as nice as the others.
So far the reliability has been okay. My order showed up without any major drama, and most of the stuff is still working fine, but I did have one issue pop up after a couple of weeks, which was a little frustrating.
I’d probably order from them again if the price was good enough, but I’d definitely read reviews first next time. Not a terrible experience at all, just not one that totally won me over
